This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased directly from Seelaunch LLC via HomeDinnerIdeas.com. For products purchased through affiliate links, please refer to the shipping policies of the respective third-party merchant, as we do not handle the shipping of those items.
We aim to get your delicious kitchen essentials and unique recipe tools to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
- Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., major holidays) or promotional periods due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times (Domestic – USA)
We offer several shipping options for deliveries within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.
Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. While we strive to meet them, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available and update on the carrier’s website.
You can track your order directly via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number on the respective carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for domestic orders), or if the tracking information hasn’t updated for an extended period, please contact us immediately at contact@homedinnerideas.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Seelaunch LLC does not offer international shipping for its own physical products. We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
We are continually evaluating our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates to this policy.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided or undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you. A re-shipping fee will apply to send the order to the correct address. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at contact@homedinnerideas.com. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Lost Packages:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Look for the package in inconspicuous places around your delivery location (e.g., behind bushes, in a less visible entrance).
- Contact your local post office or the relevant shipping carrier directly, as they may have more information about the delivery.
If after these steps you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at contact@homedinnerideas.com. While Seelaunch LLC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently stolen or misplaced, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable. Resolutions for lost packages after confirmed delivery are at the discretion of the shipping carrier.
